MOKHEMA TRADING cc,  which provides a number of services ranging from General Construction e.g. Renovations & New Buildings, Medical & Dental Supplies, Stationery Supplies and other related activities. Our purpose first venture is Construction. A preliminary research has shown that there is a serious backlog in the participation and initiatives by young black people in the construction industry.   It is because of this strong conviction that we came up with this initiative and therefore be able to deal with the key issues in a pro-active manner to ensure that we came up with a tested viable business idea. We provide a set of objectives that can be used as a yardstick against which our performance can be measured once the venture is in progress. BLACK ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT STATUS OWNERSHIP Ownership of the company is totally by previously disadvantaged individuals. The company is 100% owned by two black individuals. Management of the company comprises of two individual directors, 5 Full time female employees between the ages of 23 - 30 & in excess of 20 contracting previously disadvantaged individuals. HOME
